To re-create that sweet velvety cupcake, we use two kinds of chocolate and two tricks for adding moisture: yogurt and oil. The result is a cupcake that’s rich but firm enough to handle the filling—a simple combination of marshmallow crème, butter, and powdered sugar. Top the whole thing with a thin layer of two-ingredient chocolate glaze. If you really want to impress, add a swirl of white curlicues on top.
